Stephen Natelson
Steve is an integral part of the Northern New Mexico legal community. Since opening his private practice in Taos in 1970, he has handled numerous matters in a broad range of disciplines. His expertise in civil and commercial litigation has assisted clients at both the trial and appellate levels. He has counseled clients regarding contracts, real estate, business entities, wills and estates, criminal complaints, and family law. Steve also has served as a mediator, and has appeared before legislative committees to advocate for legislation on behalf of clients.
The cases Steve has handled include: Purchases and sales of residential, commercial and ranch properties; purchases and sales of businesses; estate administration; zoning, boundary, easement and title disputes and issues; quiet title actions; formation of condominiums and subdivisions; construction and owner-architect contracts; preparation and negotiation of leases; representation of homeowners associations; construction law; business and corporate law; and contracts involving services and goods.
