MEMBERS OF THE FIRM

Stephen Natelson was born in White Plains, New York . He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate degree and New York University for his law degree.  Stephen has practiced law since 1970, and is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state courts, the United States District Court in New Mexico and the Taos Pueblo Tribal Court. Stephen's approach to the practice of law is to stress efficient and complete organization and preparation, pursuit of fair and reasoned settlement, and vigorous advocacy in litigation matters.  Consideration of the needs and resources of the client, coupled with ethical and vigorous advocacy, are the goals and objectives of the firm.

Jacob Caldwell was born and raised in Taos. He attended The Colorado College for his undergraduate degree and the University of New Mexico School of Law for his law degree. Jacob has practiced law since 2000, and is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state courts and the United States District Court in New Mexico. Jacob's approach to the practice of law is to isolate only the relevant legal issues in any situation and to map out a plan for success, whether the context is transactional work or litigation.

Georgia Garcia Torres was born in San Diego, California.   She attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and has lived in Taos since 1983, where she has been employed by the Natelson Law Firm since January, 1984.  Georgia is a Certified Paralegal, magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico Paralegal Certificate Program in 1992, and an active member of the State Bar of New Mexico Paralegal Division.

Tomasita E. Garcia-Gutierrez was born in Taos, New Mexico.  Tomasita attended Northern New Mexico Community College and has been employed by the Natelson Law Firm since January, 2000.  Tomasita received her Paralegal Certificate from Eastern New Mexico University in March, 2004.
